Julie Pedraza
Founder & Managing Partner
Julie Pedraza is the founder and managing partner of Pinebrook Properties, a family-owned real estate investment business based in North Carolina. Julie and her husband, Jaime, have over 15 years of experience in real estate investing, with experience both in single family and multifamily home investing. We take great pride in the properties we own and the residents we serve.
Julie has also had over 15 years of business management experience at corporations such as Procter & Gamble, The Hershey Company, and Domino's Pizza corporation, as well as management consulting experience for smaller companies and start-ups. Julie brings the same disciplined, analytical, and strategic approach from her corporate career to finding and funding real estate investments on behalf of Pinebrook Properties.
Julie has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Julie and Jaime live in Cary, NC with their four young boys.
Warren Young is the managerial and financial advisor to Pinebrook Proprieties. Warren is a successful business owner and entrepreneur, with more than 40 years of experience leading and growing manufacturing companies. Warren is Chairman and owner of Acme Industries and is also Chairman of Automation Nth.

In 2013, Warren was honored as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and was inducted into the University of Illinois Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2012. Warren earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University.
